Agent registration details such as company name, email and phone number, plus login, request, booking and financial records within the platform.
Purpose of processing
Data is used to manage accounts, provide services, send notifications, protect the system and prepare reports.
Passenger data
Only fictional data should be used in demo mode. New demo bookings store only the last four passport characters, not the full number.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal data. Necessary information may be shared with travel providers when live booking begins, only as required to deliver the service.
Retention and rights
We retain data as required for operations, security and legal obligations. Contact us to request correction or deletion.
